A leading global assurance provider seeks a dedicated compliance auditor to conduct social assessments and ensure adherence to labor laws. This role demands a graduate-level degree, extensive travel, and strong communication skills in Italian and English, making it essential for candidates proficient in labor compliance and auditing processes.

Education and Professional Background: A university degree (graduate level or higher) with a specialization in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. The candidate should have sufficient professional experience to meet LRQA auditor expectations.
Legal and Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance. Awareness of region-specific issues requiring cultural sensitivity and further investigation.
Auditing Expertise: Proven ability to conduct supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews, employment record reviews, wage tests, and related calculations.
Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (mandatory) and English.
Travel and Time Management: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently. Demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under varying conditions.
