Cedacri, part of ION Group, is a global provider of trading and workflow automation software, data, and business insights to various institutions worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  2. Create and promote accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  3. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  4. Assess candidate interest and compatibility with ION culture.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  6. Share best practices in interviewing techniques with hiring managers.
  7. Develop a network of internal and external resources for recruitment needs.
  8. Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  9. Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding strategies.
  10. Promote company values, culture, and passion.
  11. Distribute engaging employer brand content.
  12. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices.
  13. Use data from ATS and feedback to recommend improvements.
  14. Identify industry best practices and nurture networks and partnerships to elevate our brand.
Requirements
  • Focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Be ambitious, efficient, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Build relationships across disciplines and time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize recruitment software tools.
  • Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Proven success in recruiting, especially in the tech sector.
  • Experience recruiting for all levels up to senior positions.
  • Knowledge of candidate tracking systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
  • Ability to share best practices and become a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to advise hiring managers on talent acquisition.
