What you bring to the table

1. Good English (Italian and/or German are a plus)
2. Previous terminal experience (planning/execution of container operations is key; other experience in Rail-cargo, RoRo, General Cargo, or from non-operational departments of container terminals are highly valued)
3. Knowledge of different container handling equipment
4. Previous experience in industrial automation and related safety regulation
5. Process mapping and design
6. Gap analysis techniques
7. Data analytics and Continuous Improvement
8. AI applications to industrial environments
9. Operational simulation methodologies
10. Requirement engineering of terminal IT systems
11. Project management
12. Strong communication skills
13. Stakeholder management

The ideal candidate would have a valid EU working permit and would be willing to relocate to Trieste.
