We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian-Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours . While the role is administered from our hub in Spain, we warmly encourage applications from highly skilled freelancers located anywhere within the European Union (EU). As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings across different industries.

• Use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to determine potential fit for open positions
• Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

• Fluency in Italian (written and verbal)
• Strong professional working proficiency in English
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or freelance capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of Italian job market and recruitment laws and regulations
