SPA MANAGER/DIRECTOR - IRENE FORTE SPA, MILAN
We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager or Director to lead the newest Irene Forte Spa in Milan - a flagship urban location for the brand. Thoughtfully designed by Paolo Moschino, the spa features a curated retail space, a new Forte Vita Bar concept (offering fast facials, hair, and nails), thermal and relaxation areas, well-equipped spa treatment rooms, and advanced wellness technologies including Lyma Laser, Icoone, Dermalux, and pressotherapy. More than a traditional spa, this is a longevity-led, next-generation wellness destination. The role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with Irene Forte, Founder & CEO at Irene Forte Skincare, and to play a strategic role in shaping this important spa's execution.

Role Overview
The Spa Manager or Director leads all aspects of the spa and wellness operation, with a focus on exceptional service, team leadership, commercial success, and strategic brand alignment. They act as a key brand ambassador and work cross-functionally with the Irene Forte Skincare team to support events, marketing activations, partnerships, and retail initiatives.
Reports to: Hotel Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and bring to life the Irene Forte Spa concept, positioning the Milan location as a benchmark for longevity and luxury wellness;
- Manage all daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service across treatment, thermal, retail, and wellness areas, according the to the Company policies, standard and procedures;
- Maintain exceptional operational standards, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and SOP compliance;
- Set clear team goals, support professional development, and foster a culture of excellence;
- Drive commercial results through revenue management, in-spa retail, service quality, team training, and performance metrics;
- Support and participate in brand-led initiatives, media visits, and collaboration opportunities. Champion visual merchandising, point-of-sale storytelling, and packaging presentation with a luxury design eye;
- Ensures that regular on-the-job training is delivered and Team Members understand what is expected of them;
- Collaborate with the Irene Forte Skincare team to execute brand-aligned activations including events, retail displays, product launches, PR collaborations, and influencer experiences;
- Stays ahead of the newest trends and innovations in the wellness industry. Has a strong knowledge of the local spa market to ensure competitiveness and development of the department service as a leader in its field;
- Creates ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales;
- Collaborate on spa menu development, including high-performance therapies that integrate aesthetic and clinical innovation.

Other Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Professional experience as Spa Manager; international experience preferred;
- Preferable evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops;
- Knowledge of Health & Safety provisions at international and national level;
- PC literate.
