The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and the ability to influence change across teams; fluency in Italian and English is required, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional efforts.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Fluency in Italian and English; strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

• Collaborate with Site leadership to improve truck punctuality and safety metrics.
• Streamline communication between Site, Network Operations Center, and carriers.
• Report yard performance and drive root-cause resolution with stakeholders.
• Support safety and compliance programs for yard operations.
• Identify and lead process improvements and Lean tool implementation.
• Work under time constraints to meet critical business needs.
• Develop standard procedures and share best practices across teams.
• Occasionally work weekends and/or nights to support operations.
