Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. in Passo Corese seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and drive site performance. You will shape operational plans, coordinate with HR, Finance, and safety teams, and deliver initiatives to raise efficiency and safety across the fulfilment network.

The role requires a degree and strong experience in people management, with English and Italian language skills. The position offers a competitive base salary, stock units, and site-based benefits.

Competenze

• A degree.
• Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in Italian.
• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Experience in key areas of production and supply chains.
• Possess a degree from an accredited institution,
• Previous experience in leading large, diverse teams,
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Work shifts, including weekends, in an operational 7/365 environment.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
• Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
• Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance.
