JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee cross-functional floor operations in Italy. The role serves as a bridge between local teams and international HQ, ensuring smooth shift execution and KPI achievement.

You will manage scheduling, safety compliance, and real-time operations with a focus on inbound receiving, inventory control, and outbound dispatch while adhering to Italian labor guidelines.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Italian and English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Oversee cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound, inventory, picking, packing, outbound).
• Lead shift Team Leaders and operators, managing real-time labor and bottlenecks.
• Enforce SOPs and safety rules, ensuring compliance with CCNL Logistica and health & safety laws.
