JD Logistics is establishing its core Italian infrastructure for small-goods fulfillment, seeking a highly organized frontline operations supervisor to manage inbound shift activities on the warehouse floor. You will lead receiving, stowing, and high-velocity inventory capture, ensuring accuracy and readiness for customer orders in a fast-paced deployment.

Competenze

• Greenfield launch background as team leader, dock coordinator or senior captain.
• Frontline floor mastery leading large groups (30+ operators) and deep WMS familiarity.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Mandarin as asset.
• Operational flexibility to cover 24/7 shifts.

Mansioni

• Lead inbound shift operations (dock unloading, quality inspection, scanning and high-velocity stowing).
• Direct hands-on floor responsibility for inbound receiving and stowing zones; track hourly dock-to-stock metrics.
• Oversee labor allocation across receiving bays and storage aisles; manage shifts and safety culture.
• Coordinate with inventory control to maximize space density and comply with picking profiles.
