JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is expanding in Italy. We are seeking a frontline operational supervisor to lead sorting floor shifts, oversee throughput, and ensure zero-delay staging for outbound transport.

You will manage a dedicated line or zone, drive efficiency, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced cross-dock environment. The role requires proven leadership in large teams, strong experience with WMS/WCS systems and RF scanning, and must speak English and Italian fluently.

Competenze

• Verified background as a team leader or supervisor in high-volume parcel sortation or cross-dock hubs.
• Experience managing 30+ workers on fast-paced floor operations.
• Familiarity with WMS/WCS, automated sorting conveyors, RF scanning.
• Fluency in English and Italian; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to work shift rotations including early mornings and nights.

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations to ensure on-time outbound staging.
• Monitor UPH throughput, manage deviations, and enforce safety.
• Coordinate with transport dispatchers and maintain morale on the floor.
• Oversee operator placement and shift handovers with a focus on zero delays.
