Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Italy is seeking a VM Specialist to drive the visual merchandising strategy across the region. You will lead in-store installations, window concepts, and coordination with store teams and the Senior VM Manager to ensure brand-consistent displays.

Responsibilities include coordinating props sourcing, floor mapping, and timely executions, while travelling nationally and internationally as required. Fluency in English is required; Italian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid prior experience in a similar VM role.
• Availability for after-hours installations (evenings/weekends).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Proficient in MS Office; Photoshop or graphic design software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior changes in collaboration with store teams and operations in line with VM guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sr VM Manager on floor mapping, space allocation, install planning and calendar.
• Ensure consistent VM concepts across stores, with a commercial approach within band guidelines.
• Support multiple installations concurrently; coordinate photo reviews with Sr VM Manager.
