Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a regional store visual merchandising lead responsible for end-to-end creative execution and profitability within the Outlet Channel. You will manage seasonal in-store presentations, window schemes, floor plans by store, and collaborate with senior management to deliver brand-aligned campaigns.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in store or cluster role is required.
• Experience with planning, visual merchandising, and store openings.

• Develop and present progress reports and proposals to support Brand Image.
• Lead seasonal in-store installation and product presentation across stores.
• Coordinate with management on new store openings and modernization programs.
