Job summary

Prada is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to execute store display fit-outs and maintain high-quality product presentation aligned with brand standards. You will implement VM guidelines, update the Display APP, and collaborate with Retail Merchandising to optimize customer traffic and sales.

Fluent English is required and experience in luxury fashion is preferred. The role involves coordination with Store Managers, VM Managers, and may include travel within the city to support other stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury/fashion environments preferred.
• Fluent English is expected; other languages are desirable.
• International or regional experience would be an advantage.
• Strong eye for display and visual presentation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Carries out the fitouts based on defined timeframe, implementing VM guidelines and ensuring daily maintenance.
• Participates in fitouts of other stores in the same city as required by the VM Manager.
• Updates the Display APP, photographs displays, and uploads changes.
• Cooperates with Retail Merchandising to identify outfits for stock and seasonality to boost traffic and sales.
• Guides Store Manager and Department Managers on product display best practices.
• Provides feedback on results to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising Functions.
• Cooperates with Events/PR for in-store events and with Communications for press presentations.
