LOEWE Italy & Central Europe seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to drive VM execution across Italy and Central Europe. Based in Milan, you will lead the regional VM program, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while adapting to local market needs.

You will travel frequently, spend substantial time in stores, and partner with Retail, Merchandising and Marketing to deliver impactful visual concepts across Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.

Competenze

• Degree, business school qualification, VM academic background or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong experience across Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.
• Affinity with LOEWE brand, its products and its creative universe.
• Attention to detail and understanding luxury VM standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and dynamic with multiple priorities.
• Italian and/or German language skills are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Manage VM execution for Italian and Central European markets and align stores with LOEWE VM direction.
• Report to Head of VM for Europe and collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing.
• Develop relationships with retail network and visit stores for standard adherence.
• Coordinate bi-weekly product rotations and weekly remote store walkthroughs.
• Spend ~80% of time in stores doing practical VM execution and travel.
• Deliver scalable regional VM solutions reflecting local market needs.
• Coordinate visual projects: launches, openings, pop-ups, and window installations.
• Collaborate with merchandising on seasonal planning and rotations.
• Provide VM training to store teams on guidelines and onboarding.
