• Experience coordinating multiple stores across regions.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outside standard hours, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior changeovers with store teams per VM guidelines.
• Map floor plans, allocate product space, plan installs.
• Ensure VM concepts align with guidelines and timelines.
• Support stores with remerchandising and launches.
• Coordinate with production, props sourcing and budgets.
• Maintain weekly communication with management and store teams.
• Assist in events, press/showroom setup during campaigns.
