Ralph Lauren Corporation in Italy seeks a store leader to drive the RL Selling Culture, exceed sales targets and develop a high-performing team.

You will implement brand presentation guidelines, optimize operations, and ensure a safe, compliant retail environment while focusing on customer experience.

Starting base salary is €36,000 with a 15% target bonus; meal vouchers provided and opportunities to grow within the brand.
