Job summary

360 Talent is seeking a Client Advisor (Russian Speaker) for Fidenza Village. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building a strong client book, and driving sales through CRM and clienteling in a premium fashion environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of luxury retail experience, be fluent in Russian and English, and demonstrate autonomy, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium/luxury fashion retail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to spot business trends.
• Strong ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, autonomous and team player.
• Russian and English languages are required.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an excellent level of customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales activities.
• Drive personal KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales and build long-term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with collections and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.
• Consistently maintain company standards and procedures, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk operations when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a premium/luxury fashion retail environment.
• Ability to identify business trends, with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous personality, while being a strong team player.
• Russian and English languages are required.
