A leading recruitment firm in Italy seeks a Consultant for Luxury Retail Recruitment. The role requires 3+ years in premium or luxury fashion, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service focus. You will manage client relationships, uphold company standards, and stay informed on collections. This position offers a basic salary of up to €26K and is a 4-month fixed-term contract with company benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experience.
• Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills; energetic, responsible and autonomous character.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service with a CRM focus.
• Maintain company standards, supporting VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk.
• Stay updated with collections and possess deep knowledge of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
• Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk
• Being up to date with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experience
