The ideal candidate has 4+ years in luxury retail leadership, fluent Italian and English, and a proven track record of achieving KPIs. This is a full-time, on-site role in Milan, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven experience achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a passion for exceptional customer service.
