Job summary

Fidenza Village is seeking a Client Advisor who speaks Russian to deliver premium service at our luxury retail village in Fidenza. You will develop client books, manage CRM, and drive personal KPIs.

Requirements include at least 2 years in premium fashion retail, strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and fluency in Russian and English. Basic salary up to €25K plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a premium/luxury fashion retail environment.
• Ability to identify business trends, with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous personality, while being a strong team player.
