Job summary

360 Talent is seeking a Client Advisor (Russian Speaker) for Fidenza Village. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building a strong client book, and driving sales through CRM and clienteling in a premium fashion environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of luxury retail experience, be fluent in Russian and English, and demonstrate autonomy, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium/luxury fashion retail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to spot business trends.
• Strong ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, autonomous and team player.
• Russian and English languages are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent level of customer service with CRM, clienteling, and after-sales activities.
• Drive personal KPIs and identify opportunities to maximise sales and build long-term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with collections and maintain product knowledge.
• Support Visual Merchandising, stockroom tasks and cash desk operations when required.
