GWM (Great Wall Motor) Italia is seeking an experienced technical support professional to join its aftersales team in Emilia-Romagna. The role focuses on coordinating dealer support, inputting system requirements, and contributing to technical training programs to improve service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in vehicle or mechanical engineering, 5+ years in post‑sales or R&D, and fluency in English and Italian, with strong organizational and communication skills to

Competenze

Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
At least 5 years of working experience in vehicle aftersales service, technical support or vehicle R&D.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

Deal with dealers' online and offline technical problems;
Responsible for technical support system requirement input;
Participate in the development of training courses, edited PPT courseware, and participate in after-sales technical training;
Responsible for the verification and recommend of special tools and diagnostic instruments;
Follow-up and management of technical data;
Responsible for the establishment of technical case database;
Monitor and solve market quality issue;
Responsible for handling and improving quality problems;
