LINKTOUR Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Support Specialist to cover the entire Italian dealer network. You will be the core technical backbone for local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote and on-site troubleshooting, and quality issue closed-loop improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships; brands including Fiat, Citroën, VW, Toyota, Hyundai, Skoda, Renault, Dacia, SEAT are highly preferred.
• Fluent English for global team communication.
• Fluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors.
