GWM Italia in Milano seeks a leader to build and run the technical/training/warranty function, reporting to the head of aftersales & spare-parts. You will construct and manage the related processes and KPI framework across service stations and dealers.

The role requires experience in OEM or distributor positions within the European market and fluency in English and Italian. A strategic champion for quality and training will drive improvements.

• Proven ability to implement warranty and quality processes in Europe.
• Strong communication in English and Italian across stakeholders.

• Build and run the technical management, training, warranty functions and team.

• Oversee warranty planning for service stations and dealers.
