Linktour Automotive cerca un Automotive Technical Support Specialist esperto per coprire l'intera rete di concessionari in Italia. Sarai il perno tecnico per i fornitori autorizzati, offrendo formazione, troubleshooting remoto e on-site, gestione degli upgrade e chiusura dei problemi di qualità.

Il ruolo richiede competenze di formazione tecnica nazionale, supporto end-to-end alle officine, gestione campagne di aggiornamento tecnico e analisi delle cause per migliorare la qualità dei veicoli.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships.
• Fluent English for global team communication.
• Fluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors.

Mansioni

• Supervisiona nationwide technical training programs for automotive dealers, systematically improve workshop repair capability of all service networks.
• Provide end-to-end technical support: remote online troubleshooting and on-site field assistance to resolve complex vehicle failure cases.
• Take full ownership of technical upgrade campaigns, optimize execution plans and lift the overall completion rate of all upgrade activities.
• Collect and elevate vehicle quality defects timely, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Support Specialist to cover the whole Italian dealer network. You will be the core technical backbone for all local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote & on-site troubleshooting, technical upgrade management and quality issue closed-loop improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nationwide technical training programs for automotive dealers, systematically improve workshop repair capability of all service networks.
• Provide end-to-end technical support: remote online troubleshooting and on-site field assistance to resolve complex vehicle failure cases.
• Take full ownership of technical upgrade campaigns, optimize execution plans and lift the overall completion rate of all upgrade activities.
• Collect and elevate vehicle quality defects timely, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships; brands including Fiat, Citroën, VW, Toyota, Hyundai, Skoda, Renault, Dacia, SEAT are highly preferred.
• Fluent English for global team communication.
• Fluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors. xysqume
