GWM (Great Wall Motor) Italia is seeking an experienced technical support professional to join its aftersales team in Emilia-Romagna. The role focuses on coordinating dealer support, inputting system requirements, and contributing to technical training programs to improve service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in vehicle or mechanical engineering, 5+ years in post‑sales or R&D, and fluency in English and Italian, with strong organizational and communication skills to

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
• At least 5 years of working experience in vehicle aftersales service, technical support or vehicle R&D.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Deal with dealers' online and offline technical problems;
• Responsible for technical support system requirement input;
• Participate in the development of training courses, edited PPT courseware, and participate in after-sales technical training;
• Responsible for the verification and recommend of special tools and diagnostic instruments;
• Follow-up and management of technical data;
• Responsible for the establishment of technical case database;
• Monitor and solve market quality issue;
• Responsible for handling and improving quality problems;
