LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer for Utility Scale Projects to lead the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage systems after contract closure. You will manage technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing operational support across complex projects.

The role requires coordinating with EPCs, integrators, and suppliers, overseeing schedules and safety standards, and traveling to project sites as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead project handover from Sales/Presales after contract closure.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects, coordinating with EPCs and suppliers.
• Oversee commissioning, grid integration and system energization activities.
• Coordinate post-commissioning support, preventive maintenance, and service activities.
• Act as principal technical contact among customers, EPCs, OEMs and internal teams.
