Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; SOFA/Command‑Sponsored status.
• Missione Visa and Soggiorno permit must be obtained.
• ADP IT III clearance eligibility.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor/associate/certifications in related field per options.
• Must be able to follow HIPAA and protect PHI.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and enrollments via DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Process PCM changes per MTF guidelines.
• Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources and claims.
• Provide basic claims status updates and support.
• Conduct informational briefings for events.
• Record daily activities and OHI data in systems.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure proper resolution.
