Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative in Naples, Italy. In this essential role you will provide beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency, helping TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries access Care.
You will verify benefits and enrollments via DOES and MHS Genesis, implement PCM changes, offer guidance on TRICARE resources and claims, handle basic claims status, and conduct briefings.
