Elite Escapes cerca un Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) per trasformare la tua passione per i viaggi in itinerari prenotati.

Progetterai viaggi personalizzati, gestirai preventivi e pagamenti, e offrirai supporto continuo dal pre-partenza al post-viaggio, mantenendo alta la soddisfazione del cliente. Il ruolo è completamente remoto, part time o full time, con onboarding e formazione continua.

Qualifications

• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali.
• Capacità di gestire più preventivi e itinerari senza errori.
• Apprendimento rapido di nuovi strumenti (CRM, booking engine, dashboard analitiche).
• Esperienza in vendita, servizio clienti, ospitalità o viaggi è un plus.
• Passione autentica per i viaggi e aiutare gli altri a esplorare con fiducia.

Responsibilities

• Progetta piani di viaggio personalizzati in base a budget e preferenze.
• Interagisci con i clienti per proporre opzioni e chiudere la vendita.

As a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation - whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish - pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools - CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required - we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
