Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips and guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations, whether for solo trips, groups, weddings, or family travel.

You will craft personalized plans, connect with clients to uncover their needs, and close sales with expert consulting. Join a fully remote, flexible role with onboarding and ongoing coaching to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Experience with CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Engage with clients to uncover ideal trips, present options, and close the sale.
• Address questions about payments, changes, upgrades, and add-ons promptly and professionally.
• Share insider knowledge on hidden gems and local experiences to enhance bookings.
• Support clients from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

As a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
