Job summary

Elite Escapes seeks a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design custom trips and guide clients from initial inquiry to confirmed reservations. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, crafting itineraries for solos, groups, weddings, or family trips.

You’ll handle quotes, bookings, and payments, bringing insider travel knowledge to close sales with professionalism. Training is provided, and a passion for travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
