Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips and guide clients from initial idea to a confirmed reservation—solo escapes, group getaways, weddings, or family travel.

You will craft personalized plans, close sales, and provide end-to-end support with insider knowledge and timely deals. This role offers remote, part-time or full-time options and room to grow.

Formación

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools—CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
