Merck Electronics seeks a Field Service Engineer for its Italian team in the Milano area. You will install, warranty and repair semiconductor production systems used in electronics manufacturing, traveling to customer sites as needed.

You will analyze technical information, follow ISO9001 standards, document work, and provide solutions for equipment configuration and operation. Fluency in Italian and English, plus a technical diploma or degree and a valid driving license, are required.

Competenze

• Willingness to travel up to 85% and valid Italian driving license.
• High School Diploma or technical degree required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
• Awareness of ISO 9000/ISO 9001 standards.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Mansioni

• Perform installation, warranty and standard repairs of semiconductor production systems.
• Travel to customer locations to provide equipment support.
• Audit equipment and maintenance areas according to quality and safety standards.
• Complete field documentation and submit for invoicing.
• Provide solutions for equipment configuration, maintenance and operation.
• Stop the job and escalate issues when necessary.
