KLA is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support tools at customer sites in Italy. The role requires hands-on problem solving across software, electronics, optics and mechanics, with regular domestic and international travel.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in engineering with substantial experience; English fluency is mandatory and Italian is desirable. A dynamic training program and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or ~5 years industry working experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian proficiency is desirable.
• Experience with complex capital equipment in semiconductor or related industries is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site customer service for highly complex capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair tools at customer sites.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.
• Support Installation Engineers in resolving problems and training needs.
