Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver fast, effective in-field service across Italy. You will install, service and repair microscopy systems, travel within the Triveneto region (Padova or Venezia preferred), and support customers with technical expertise from all levels of the business in a fully remote role.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, fluency in English and Italian, and up to 70% travel are required.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Engineer Degree required or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

Delight customers with timely, competent responses and collaborate with the Service Team to ensure regional coverage.
Install, service, repair and/or install products or IT solutions at customer sites, including testing.
Diagnose issues, escalate when needed, and drive continuous improvement across processes and standard work.
