Qlar Group in Italy seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service, maintain and repair our systems at customer sites. You will work closely with Customer Support and Service Teams across Europe to ensure high system availability.

The role requires 5+ years in field service, a technical degree, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and fluency in Italian and English. You will be based in Italy and join a global team focused on sustainable solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of field service, installation and maintenance experience in technical environments.
• Technical education or degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Strong customer orientation and communications in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Install, commission, service, maintain and repair systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot, repair, retrofit and upgrade to maximize system availability.
• Support tests, system optimization, and alignment activities.
• Train customers in operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities and reports.
• Identify spare parts and service-related sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with international teams.
