ELSE Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer with a technical background in electronics or IT to join the Service Team.

The role focuses on installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of our systems across Italy. The candidate will work mainly independently within a team, with responsibilities that include diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and integrating medical software into hospital IT networks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or technical diploma in Electronics/IT.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of IT networks and Windows environments.
• Accurate, pragmatic and adaptable to different sites.
• Excellent Italian and good English (B2).
• Willingness to travel across Italy; occasional same-day return.

Mansioni

• Installations, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure system operation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues remotely via VPN and on-site.
• Repair equipment at the in-house lab.
• Communicate with customers throughout the support process.
• Coordinate with device manufacturers' technical support teams.
• Install and configure medical software into hospital IT networks.
• Complete work reports and update maintenance database promptly.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Back Office to optimise efficiency and costs.
