Lam Research in Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for our semiconductor equipment, ensuring operational excellence at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot complex systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate in Italian and English to support customers globally. This graduate-eligible role offers travel opportunities and growth in a leading technology company.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and operation manuals.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, at short notice.
• Graduate eligible role.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/relocation services for Lam’s complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate issues, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating activities between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Transparently discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to increase trust.
• Update customer on status of Lam tools as needed.
