Leica Microsystems Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in the Triveneto region with remote work options. The role focuses on rapid resolution of complex challenges and robust after-sales service across the territory.

You will need a Bachelor’s Engineer degree, fluency in English and Italian, and the ability to travel up to 70% with a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; experience with confocal systems is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Engineer degree required.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel within Italy (up to 70%). Driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Delight customers through timely, competent responses and collaborate with the Service Team to ensure after-sales service across the region.
• Support Sales Representatives with installations, demos, and exhibitions; perform service, repair, and installation of products at customer sites.
• Diagnose system issues, determine cost-effective solutions, escalate complex problems to higher support, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
