The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in sales and trade marketing, is fluent in English, and is willing to travel. This role offers a permanent contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Competenze

  • 5-7 years in Sales and Trade Marketing within a multinational FMCG company.
  • Strong background in Trade Marketing is a must.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our International Business Development Team in Bolton International based in Italy.

How you make the difference

You have the unique opportunity to start up the central Trade Marketing function at Bolton International. The central trade‑marketing team develops and harmonises go‑to‑market activities and tools, supporting countries and categories in a matrix organisation to ensure consistent and high‑performing commercial execution.

How your agenda looks like:
  • Organize data reports and format (eg: sell‑in, sell‑out, and plan building blocks)
  • Provide trade marketing and category management guidelines to BI countries (e.g., promotion policy, in‑store activation, shopper marketing, assortment recommendations, channel strategy)
  • Triple net mapping and risk analysis (with CoE Sales)
  • Develop trade storytelling materials
Your team:

You will directly report to the International Business Development Director and you will manage a Trade Marketing Specialist.

What makes you a great fit:
  • 5‑7 years in Sales and Trade Marketing within a multinational FMCG company.
  • Strong background in Trade Marketing is a must.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
