Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking a People Strategy and Organization – Total Rewards professional to implement and administer compensation and benefits programs across EM E A.

The role partners with global COE teams and leads end-to-end compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and annual review cycles. Responsibilities include salary analytics, HR data audits, RSU and bonus administration, policy execution, and benefits management while ensuring compliance with labor

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in compensation/benefits, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end compensation benchmarking and maintain salary ranges for geographies.
• Conduct ad-hoc salary analyses and compensation studies to maintain parity across employees and new hires.
• Support annual review processes including salary increases, bonuses, and RSU awards.
• Handle and resolve inquiries within SLA and assist leadership with retention analyses.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors on enrollments, changes, and wellness initiatives.
