UL Solutions in Lombardy, Carugate, is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support compensation programs across the EMEA region. You will focus on EU Pay Transparency readiness, ensuring competitive, equitable and compliant rewards aligned with business goals.

You will analyze market data, manage salary ranges, participate in surveys, conduct job evaluations, and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Legal.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, math or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in compensation/benefits/HR, including 3+ years in compensation program administration, design and analytics.
• Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals (market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentives).
• Thorough knowledge of laws/regulations affecting compensation design and administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to summarize analytics clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs across EMEA, including salary range management and market benchmarking.
• Assist with EU Pay Transparency readiness, data analysis, reporting and cross-functional implementation support.
• Conduct job evaluations to support internal/external equity and alignment with pay transparency requirements and labor law compliance.
• Provide consultation to HR, Talent Acquisition and People Leaders; share knowledge on compensation practices and programs.
