RadiciGroup is seeking an FP&A Specialist to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in Bergamo. You will support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, delivering periodic reporting to senior management and shareholders.

The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and collaboration with global functions within a growing manufacturing group. Fluent Italian and English required, with a strong emphasis on analytics and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, management consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience in international manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Direct exposure to senior management and shareholders early in career.

Mansioni

• Support Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare periodic financial reporting to shareholders and senior management, including KPIs and variance analysis.
• Analyse purchasing and material costs and monitor raw material price developments.
• Support monthly closing and analyse actual performance versus budget and forecast.

• Improve FP&A tools, reporting standards and cost transparency.

The Group is looking for an FP&A Specialist to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team in Bergamo.

Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will join a highly visible Group Finance team and contribute to the way financial performance is analysed, understood and communicated across the organisation.

The role offers direct exposure to senior management and shareholders, as well as the opportunity to work closely with key business functions across an international industrial group undergoing an important transformation and growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Support Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare periodic financial reporting to shareholders and senior management, including performance commentary, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Analyse purchasing and material costs, monitoring raw material price developments and their impact on margins and forecasts.
• Support monthly closing and analyse actual performance versus budget and forecast.
• Develop financial analyses and management reporting to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A tools, reporting standards and cost transparency.
• Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Group Finance and other business functions.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, business cases and post-merger integration activities.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and BI tools; SAP experience is a plus.
• Interest in data, digital tools and AI applications in Finance is considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience in an international manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus.
• Direct exposure to senior management and shareholders from an early stage in your career.

Salary range for the position: starting from € 35.000 (the salary will be commensurate with the experience, seniority and business context of the candidate)
