This new structure combines RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals business areas with DOMO’s engineered Materials activities, creating a broader, internationally integrated industrial group.
RadiciGroup is looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Group Legal team within the Legal & Compliance function. The role will provide legal support across the Group’s business activities, with responsibility covering both RadiciGroup and DOMO. The successful candidate will focus in particular on international contracts management, corporate governance and housekeeping, litigation and external counsels management, while supporting the business in the prevention and mitigation of legal risks and in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in line with the Group’s objectives. The position will report directly to the Head of Legal.
1day/week
45.000 - 65.000 € (the salary will be commensurate with experience and seniority)
