RadiciGroup in Bergamo, Italy, is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning within the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role collaborates with senior management to steer performance, analyze variances and deliver insightful financial commentary.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, fluent Italian and English, and experience in international manufacturing. Smart working applies per policy, with office in Bergamo.

Competenze

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
  • 5+ years of FP&A, management consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Experience in an international manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
  • Strategic and highly visible role with direct exposure to senior management and shareholders.

Mansioni

  • Take ownership of key elements of Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate periodic financial reporting to shareholders and senior management, including performance commentary, KPIs, variance analysis, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead purchasing and material cost controlling, monitoring raw material price developments, purchase price variances and their impact on margins and forecasts.
  • Analyse monthly performance and actual results versus budget and forecast.
  • Translate financial and operational performance into clear insights for senior management.
  • Act as finance business partner to Procurement, Operations, Group Finance and other key functions.
  • Drive improvements in FP&A tools, reporting standards, cost transparency, and performance analysis.
  • Develop ad-hoc analyses and business cases supporting management decisions.
  • Contribute to post-merger integration and other strategic Group initiatives.

The Group is looking for an FP&A Manager to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team in Bergamo.

Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in steering Group performance and supporting senior management decision-making, with direct exposure to shareholders and business leaders across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role combining Group FP&A, performance management and business partnering, with the opportunity to contribute directly to the Group's transformation, integration and growth agenda.

Responsibilities

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and translate financial information into clear management insights.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong familiarity with ERP and BI environments; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Interest in data, digital tools and AI applications in Finance is considered a plus.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Experience in an international manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus.
  • A strategic and highly visible role within Group Finance, with direct exposure to senior management and shareholders.

Salary range for the position: starting from € 55.000 (the salary will be commensurate with the experience, seniority and business context of the candidate)
