Baxter International is seeking a driven sales professional for the Advanced Surgery team covering part of Lombardy to support adoption of hemostatics, sealants, and anti-adhesion products. You will partner with surgeons and hospital staff to navigate daily challenges and drive meaningful patient outcomes, with independence and collaboration in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Formación

• Scientific Degree, per Italian regulatory requirements for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco, with proven hospital sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth across the Lombardy territory by developing strategic account plans and increasing product adoption and revenue.
• Build relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Support launch and implementation of surgical solutions and ensure customers realize clinical value.
• Maintain presence in operating rooms and healthcare facilities, providing product expertise.
• Lead tender activities and negotiate pricing with sales management.
• Use CRM, market intelligence and analytics to forecast and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
