Qualifications

• Commercially driven healthcare sales professional with hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the Veneto territory by developing strategic account plans and increasing product adoption.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams, positioning as a trusted partner.
• Support launch and uptake of surgical solutions, delivering clinical and operational value.
• Maintain presence in operating rooms and healthcare facilities, providing product expertise.
• Lead tender activities and negotiate pricing with sales leadership for sustainable partnerships.
• Leverage CRM, market intelligence and sales analytics for accurate forecasting and territory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
