Baxter Healthcare is seeking a driven Advanced Surgery sales professional to cover part of Sicily, partnering with surgeons and hospital staff to drive adoption of hemostatic, sealant and anti-adhesion products.

You will develop strategic account plans, build relationships with procurement teams and hospital decision-makers, and support launches with clinical value demonstrations while traveling across the territory as needed.

Competenze

• Scientific Degree with Italian regulatory requirement for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco.
• Proven experience in Medical Products or drugs sales in the hospital environment.
• Understanding of the hospital negotiation and tender process.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills.
