Baxter is seeking a field-based Advanced Surgery Sales professional to partner with surgeons and hospital teams across Sicily, driving adoption of hemostatics, sealants, and anti-adhesion solutions.

You will craft strategic account plans, manage tenders, and maintain strong operating room presence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and operational value and improve patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Scientific Degree in accordance with Italian regulations for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco.
• Proven experience in Medical Products or drugs sales in hospital environments.
• Understanding of hospital negotiation and tender processes.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building abilities; English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
